Back in college, I never saw the appeal of Gears of War. I
was a Halo guy, so it wasn’t a top priority for me. But I figured I would give
it a shot, and since I enjoyed the first game, I figured I’d see it through
until the end. Since I’ve finished the trilogy, I still don’t understand the
plot as a whole very much, but I enjoyed chain sawing an alien in half!
Marcus Fenix and the gang are back to save humanity… again.
This time, they’re going after the queen bee. Like Bulletstorm, the story rides
shotgun while the action takes the wheel. Bloody mayhem is what ensues and I
was blown to pieces on more than one occasion!
